Founded in 1981, it is one of the largest firms on Long Island. While the Firm's foundation is insurance industry, with a particular emphasis in professional liability defense, over the years the Firm has expanded its services to include business planning and transactions, corporate and commercial litigation, labor and employment law, mediation and real estate. Many of the Firm's clients are served by more than one practice group.
