Our leadership previously operated a licensed ABS, so we understand both the regulatory process and what it takes to build and scale a successful plaintiff law firm. Now, we’re expanding into Personal Injury with a model that includes direct cases and high-volume Co-Counsel partnerships — creating extraordinary upside for the right attorney.

 
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a senior attorney to:

Serve as our ABS Compliance Lawyer (review and sign onto our application, then transition into compliance counsel/manager once approved).
Lead our Personal Injury practice — from intake through trial — while also shaping our Co-Counsel strategy in Arizona and beyond.

Requirements

Qualifications

Arizona Bar, good standing (8+ years for Compliance designation).
Plaintiff PI experience (catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or complex liability preferred).
Litigation and trial experience; team leadership skills.
Strong understanding of ethics/compliance obligations.
